John has led BIG OCEAN 33 to becoming one of the best in developing custom luxury houses in Broward County. John has over 30 years of experience as a Real Estate Developer, promoting and building housing and commercial projects and homes in different countries. He has designed and developed over 2,200 single family homes of him and more of 750 homes of other investors in Venezuela and began developing homes in Florida in 2012.

Manage and coordinate the routing and tracking of plans to various departments for required reviews and clearances. Perform follow up phone calls to ensure timelines of response from other departments and agencies.
